Impact

Certains appels entrants sur notre passerelle ont échoué durant les périodes définies sur notre infrastructure à Toulouse.
Notre deuxième site n'a pas été impacté.
Échec autorisation / Échec télécollecte

Cause

Problème dans le système d'écriture des log ayant saturé le pool de sockets entrant

Action

Modification de la configuration du système d'écriture des log.
