Plusieurs services seront impactés par cette opération:

LUMA

Retard de synchronisation possible entre le terminal de paiement et le serveur LUMA
La récupération d'ordre par le terminal pourrait être retardé.

TELECOLLECTE

Echec de télécollecte possible.
En cas d'échec nous vous conseillons de relancer la télécollecte du Terminal après 8h00.

SERVICE BackOffice

Retard possible des demandes d'activation des cartes SIM
Les exports planifiés ne seront pas disponibles.
Les fichiers remise et opérations seront disponibles en début après midi.

Delay possible on the activation SIM Cards
Scheduled exports files will not be available.
Capture's files and the operations's file will be available around early afternoon
